МИКРОФЛОРА РОТОВОЙ ПОЛОСТИ И ОСОБЕННОСТИ ВОСПАЛЕНИЯ РЕСПИРАТОРНОГО ТРАКТА У БОЛЬНЫХ БРОНХИАЛЬНОЙ АСТМОЙ В КОМОРБИДНОСТИ С БЫСТРОПРОГРЕССИРУЮЩИМ ПАРОДОНТИТОМ

Аннотация
Аннотация Оценка показателей микробиологического, клинического и респираторного статуса в группе больных быстропрогрессирующим пародонтитом в сочетании с бронхиальной астмой выявила, что у больных показатели физического состояния и вентиляционной способности легких были снижены, а эмоциональное состояние было напряженным по сравнению группой здоровых лиц.
Ключевые слова: бронхиальная астма, быстропрогрессирующий пародонтит, микробиологический статус, клинический статус, толерантность к физической нагрузке, эмоциональное состояние, респираторная дисфункция.
Annotatsiya Bronxial astma bilan birgalikda tez progressiv periodontit bilan og‘rigan bemorlar guruhida mikrobiologik, klinik va nafas olish holati ko‘rsatkichlarini baholash bemorlarning jismoniy holati va o‘pkaning shamollatish qobiliyati ko‘rsatkichlari pasayganligini va hissiy holat sog‘lom shaxslar guruhiga nisbatan keskin bo‘lganligini aniqladi.
Kalit so‘zlar: bronxial astma, tez rivojlanayotgan parodontit, mikrobiologik status, klinik holat, jismoniy mashqlar tolerantligi, hissiy holat, nafas olish disfunksiyasi.
Summary Evaluation of indicators of quality of life and respiratory status in the group of patients with rapidly progressive pаrаdontitis in combination with bronchial asthma revealed that in patients the indicators of the physical condition and ventilation capacity of the lungs were reduced, and the emotional state was tense compared to a group of healthy individuals.
