Annotatsiya. Tadqiqot maqsadi: homila o‘sishining erta va kechki shakllarida klinik belgilar hamda alfa-fetoprotein ko‘rsatkichlarini qiyosiy baholash va ularning diagnostik ahamiyatini aniqlash.
Material va metodlar. Tadqiqotga homila o‘sishining kechikishi tashxisi qo‘yilgan 110 nafar homilador ayol hamda 50 nafar fiziologik homiladorlik holatidagi ayollar nazorat guruhi sifatida jalb qilindi. Asosiy guruh erta HO‘K (n=52) va kechki HO‘K (n=58) guruhlariga ajratildi. Barcha ishtirokchilarda klinik tekshiruv o‘tkazildi, ona qon zardobida AFP miqdori aniqlanib, natijalar MoM ko‘rinishida baholandi.
Xulosa. Homila o‘sishining kechikishi klinik belgilar hamda alfa-fetoprotein ko‘rsatkichlaridagi o‘zgarishlar bilan tavsiflanadi. Ayniqsa, AFPning me’yoriy diapazondan chetga chiqishi erta HO‘Kda ko‘proq uchrab, platsentar disfunksiyaning muhim laborator belgisi sifatida ushbu patologiyani prenatal bosqichda aniqlash imkonini beradi.
Kalit so‘zlar: homila o‘sishining kechikishi, alfa-fetoprotein, prenatal diagnostika, platsentar yetishmovchilik, biomarker.
Abstract. Objective: To compare the clinical manifestations and maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein levels in early- and late-onset fetal growth restriction and to determine their diagnostic significance.
Materials and Methods. The study included 110 pregnant women diagnosed with fetal growth restriction and 50 women with uncomplicated physiological pregnancies who served as the control group. The main group was divided into two subgroups: early-onset FGR (n=52) and late-onset FGR (n=58). All participants underwent clinical examination, and maternal serum AFP levels were measured. The results were evaluated using MoM.
Conclusion. Fetal growth restriction is characterized by a combination of clinical manifestations and alterations in maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein levels. Deviations of AFP from the normal range were more pronounced in early-onset FGR, indicating that AFP is an important laboratory marker of placental dysfunction and may be useful for the prenatal diagnosis of this condition.
