Tadqiqot maqsadi. Bolalarda mukovitsidoz bilan bog’liq bog’liq bo‘lmagan bronxoektazda nafas yo‘llarining mikrobiologik xususiyatlarini o‘rganish va ularning kasallik kechishiga ta’sirini o‘rganishdan iborat.
Tadqiqot usullari. Tadqiqot Andijon viloyati ko‘p tarmoqli tibbiyot markazi pulmonologiya bo‘limida, 37 nafar 5 yoshdan 14 yoshgacha bo‘lgan bemorlarda o’tkazildi. Ulardan asosiy guruhga (I)- teridagi xlor ionlarini aniqlash testi va genetik tekshiruvda mukovitsidoz kasalligi inkor etilgan bronxoektaz bilan kasallangan 17 nafar bemor olindi. Solishtiruv guruhi uchun (II) cho‘ziluvchan kechuvchi shifoxonadam tashqari zotiljam bilan kasallangan 20 nafar bolalar olindi.
Xulosa. Tadqiqot natijalari bolalarda mukovitsidoz bilan bog‘liq bo‘lmagan bronxoektaz kasalligi asosan postinfeksion etiologiyaga ega ekanligini, Pseudomonas aeruginosa kolonizatsiyasi kasallikning klinik og‘irligi va funksional buzilishlari bilan uzviy bog‘liqligini hamda MSKT va spirometriya tashxis, prognostik baholash va individual davolash taktikasini tanlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi.
Kalit so‘zlari. Bronxoektaz, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus pneumonia, silindrik bronxoektaz, qopsimon bronxoektaz

Abstract. Objective. To investigate the microbiological characteristics of the lower respiratory tract in children with non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis and to evaluate their impact on the clinical course of the disease.
Materials and Methods. This study was conducted in the Pulmonology Department of the Andijan Regional Multidisciplinary Medical Center. A total of 17 children aged 5–14 years with bronchiectasis, in whom cystic fibrosis had been excluded by sweat chloride testing and genetic analysis, were enrolled in the study. The study population included 9 boys and 8 girls.
Conclusion. The study demonstrated that non-cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis in children is predominantly of post-infectious etiology. Colonization with Pseudomonas aeruginosa was closely associated with greater clinical severity and impaired respiratory function. In addition, multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) and spirometry were shown to have significant diagnostic and prognostic value for establishing the diagnosis, assessing disease severity, and selecting an individualized treatment strategy.
