Tadqiqot maqsadi: immunoglobulin G subsinflari (IgG1, IgG3) va CD16a (FcγRIIIa) retseptorining, shu jumladan FCGR3A geni polimorfizmining rezus-konflikt og’irligi markeri sifatidagi rolini o’rganish.
Material va metodlarIgG subsinflari, ularning glikozillanishi, neonatal Fc-retseptori orqali transplatsentar o’tishi va CD16a retseptori bo’yicha adabiyotlar tahlil qilindi.
Xulosa. Homila gemolitik kasalligining og’irligi antitela titriga emas, balki IgG subsinf tarkibi va glikozillanishiga, ularning transplatsentar o’tish samaradorligiga hamda CD16a funksional faolligiga bog’liq; bu ko’rsatkichlarni birgalikda baholash serologik monitoringni to’ldirishi mumkin.
Kalit so’zlar. Rezus-sensibilizatsiya, homila va yangi tug’ilgan chaqaloqning gemolitik kasalligi, IgG1, IgG3, CD16a (FcγRIIIa), FCGR3A geni.
Purpose of the study: to study the role of IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG3) and the CD16a (FcγRIIIa) receptor, including FCGR3A gene polymorphism, as severity markers of Rh alloimmunization.
Materials and methods. A literature review on IgG subclasses, their glycosylation, transplacental transfer via the neonatal Fc receptor, and the CD16a receptor was performed; 20 sources were selected for analysis.
Conclusion. The severity of fetal hemolytic disease is determined not by antibody titer but by IgG subclass composition and glycosylation, transplacental transfer efficiency, and CD16a functional activity; combined assessment of these parameters may complement conventional serological monitoring.
Key words. Rh sensitization, hemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn, IgG1, IgG3, CD16a (FcγRIIIa), FCGR3A gene.
