Abstract. Modern prosthetic dentistry is characterized by the active implementation of digital technologies at all stages of diagnosis, planning, and fabrication of dental prostheses. Computer-aided design/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems are particularly important, enabling the integration of clinical and laboratory stages into a single digital workflow.
The aim of this review is to analyze modern approaches to optimizing the clinical and laboratory stages of prosthetic fabrication using CAD/CAM technologies and to assess their impact on accuracy, fabrication time, marginal fit, clinical efficacy, and cost effectiveness.
This review examines current publications, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses on intraoral scanning, digital modeling, CAD/CAM milling, 3D printing, the fabrication of fixed and removable prosthetics, and digital protocols for implant-supported prosthetics. It has been shown that the transition from a traditional to a digital protocol reduces the number of intermediate steps, eliminates the need for some physical impression materials and plaster models, reduces laboratory time, and enables virtual inspection of the structure prior to fabrication.
At the same time, limitations of the digital protocol related to the accuracy of intraoral scanning of extended sections, software features, operator experience, scan marker design, the type of material used, and manufacturing technology have been identified. The most promising approach is a combined digital workflow, including intraoral scanning, CAD modeling, CAM milling or additive manufacturing, and subsequent digital quality control.
Keywords: CAD/CAM, digital dentistry, prosthetic dentistry, intraoral scanning, digital impression, computer modeling, milling, 3D printing, dentures, digital workflow.
Annotaciya. Zamonaviy ortpedikstomatologiya stomatologik protezlarni tashxislash, rejalashtirish va ishlab chiqarishning barcha bosqichlarida raqamli texnologiyalarni faol joriy etish bilan tavsiflanadi. Kompyuter yordamida loyihalash/kompyuter yordamida ishlab chiqarish (CAD/CAM) tizimlari ayniqsa muhimdir, bu klinik va laboratoriya bosqichlarini yagona raqamli ish jarayoniga integratsiya qilish imkonini beradi.
Ushbu sharhning maqsadi CAD/CAM texnologiyalaridan foydalangan holda protez ishlab chiqarishning klinik va laboratoriya bosqichlarini optimallashtirishning zamonaviy yondashuvlarini tahlil qilish va ularning aniqlik, ishlab chiqarish vaqti, chegaraviy moslik, klinik samaradorlik va iqtisodiy samaradorlikka ta’sirini baholashdir.
Ushbu sharhda og’iz bo’shlig’i skanerlash, raqamli modellashtirish, CAD/CAM frezalash, 3D bosib chiqarish, sobit va olinadigan protezlarni ishlab chiqarish va implant bilan qo’llab-quvvatlanadigan protezlar uchun raqamli protokollar bo’yicha joriy nashrlar, tizimli sharhlar va meta-tahlillar ko’rib chiqiladi. An’anaviy protokoldan raqamli protokolga o’tish oraliq bosqichlar sonini kamaytirishi, ba’zi jismoniy bosma materiallar va gips modellariga ehtiyojni bartaraf etishi, laboratoriya vaqtini qisqartirishi va ishlab chiqarishdan oldin tuzilmani virtual tekshirish imkonini berishi ko’rsatilgan.
Shu bilan birga, raqamli protokolning kengaytirilgan kesimlarni og’iz ichida skanerlashning aniqligi, dasturiy ta’minot xususiyatlari, operator tajribasi, skanerlash markerining dizayni, ishlatiladigan material turi va ishlab chiqarish texnologiyasi bilan bog’liq cheklovlari aniqlandi. Eng istiqbolli yondashuv — bu og’iz ichida skanerlash, CAD modellashtirish, CAM frezalash yoki qo’shimcha ishlab chiqarish va keyingi raqamli sifat nazoratini o’z ichiga olgan birlashtirilgan raqamli ish jarayoni.
Kalit so’zlar: CAD/CAM, raqamli stomatologiya, protez stomatologiyasi, og’iz ichida skanerlash, raqamli bosma, kompyuter modellashtirish, frezalash, 3D bosib chiqarish, protezlar, raqamli ish jarayoni.
