Abstract. Postcoid syndrome is an urgent medical and social problem due to the long-term persistence of somatic, neurological and psychoemotional disorders after the end of the acute period of COVID-19. Despite a significant number of studies, the mechanisms of the formation and chronization of ACLs remain poorly understood.
The obtained results characterize PCP as a state of heterogeneous, but long-lasting immune dysregulation, manifested by an increase in ferritin as a sign of a residual acute-phase reaction and impaired immunometabolic regulation; an increase in IL-17A indicating activation of the Th17-dependent inflammatory pathway; a higher level of SARS-CoV-2 IgG, reflecting the intensity of the humoral antiviral response; ANA elevation indicating formation of an autoimmune component of immune dysregulation.
Keywords: postcoid syndrome, psychological disorders, immunoinflammation, autoimmune disorders.
Izohlar. Post-COVID sindromi COVID-19 ning oʻtkir davri tugaganidan keyin somatik, nevrologik va psixoemotsional buzilishlar uzoq vaqt saqlanib qolishi bilan bogʻliq dolzarb tibbiy-ijtimoiy muammo hisoblanadi. Tadqiqotlarning katta soniga qaramay, KKXni shakllantirish va xronikalash mexanizmlari yetarlicha o’rganilmagan bo’lib qolmoqda.
Olingan natijalar HKPni bir xil bo’lmagan, ammo uzoq vaqt davom etadigan immun disregulyatsiya holati sifatida tavsiflaydi, bu esa ferritinning qoldiq ostrofaza reaktsiyasi va immunometabolik regulyatsiya buzilishining belgisi sifatida ko’rsatiladi; IL-17A ning ko’payishi, bu esa Th17 bog’liq yallig’lanish yo’lining faollashuvidan dalolat beradi; gumoral antiviral javob kuchlanishini aks ettiruvchi SARS-CoV-2 IgG ning yuqori darajasi; immunitet disregulyatsiyasining autoimmun komponenti shakllanishini ko’rsatuvchi ANA ning ko’payishi.
Kalit so’zlar: post-covid sindromi, psixologik buzilishlar, immun yallig’lanish, autoimmün buzilishlar
