One of the key mechanisms underlying the progression of chronic pancreatitis is persistent inflammation accompanied by pancreatic tissue remodeling and the development of fibrosis. In an experimental model of chronic pancreatitis, the temporal changes in the serum levels of MCP-1, MMP-9, and MMP-2 were investigated at different stages of disease progression. Sequential alterations in these biomarkers reflected the transition from active inflammatory cell infiltration and extracellular matrix degradation to pancreatic tissue remodeling. The obtained findings suggest that MCP-1, MMP-9, and MMP-2 may serve as interconnected molecular markers of chronic inflammatory progression and fibrotic remodeling in chronic pancreatitis.
Keywords: chronic pancreatitis, inflammation, tissue remodeling, fibrosis.
Surunkali pankreatitning rivojlanishidagi asosiy mexanizmlardan biri oshqozon osti bezi to‘qimasining qayta tuzilishi va fibroz rivojlanishi bilan kechuvchi uzoq davom etuvchi yallig‘lanish hisoblanadi. Surunkali pankreatitning eksperimental modelida kasallikning turli bosqichlarida MCP-1, MMP-9 va MMP-2 miqdorining dinamikasi o‘rganildi. Tadqiq etilgan biomarkerlarning ketma-ket o‘zgarishi faol yallig‘lanish infiltratsiyasi va hujayradan tashqari matriksning degradatsiyasidan oshqozon osti bezi to‘qimasining qayta tuzilishi jarayonlariga o‘tishni aks ettirdi. Olingan natijalar MCP-1, MMP-9 va MMP-2 ni surunkali pankreatitda yallig‘lanishning surunkalashuvi hamda fibroz rivojlanishining o‘zaro bog‘liq molekulyar markerlari sifatida baholash imkonini beradi.
Kalit so‘zlar: surunkali pankreatit, yallig‘lanish, to‘qima remodelatsiyasi, fibroz.
