Annotatsiya. Maqsad: metabolik assotsiatsiyalangan jigar yog’li kasalligi (MAJYK) mavjud bo’lgan bemorlarda qalqonsimon bez funksiyasi, antropometrik va metabolik ko’rsatkichlarning jigar steatozi va fibrozi darajasi bilan bog’liqligini baholash.
Materiallar va usullar. MAJYK mavjud 63 bemor (58 ayol, 5 erkak; 37,97±11,13 yosh) tekshirildi, shulardan: gipotireoz (n=44) va eutireoz (n=19) guruhlariga ajratildi. Antropometriya, laboratoriya tekshiruvlari va jigar elastografiyasi (CAP va jigar qattiqligi) amalga oshirildi.
Xulosa. Jigar steatozi (CAP) va fibrozi mustaqil prediktorlari sifatida tana vazni indeksi va insulinorezistentlik (HOMA-IR) aniqlandi, tireoid status ahamiyatga ega bo’lmadi. Tireotrop gormon (TTG), aksincha, FIB-4 fibroz indeksi bilan mustaqil bog’liqligini ko’rsatdi.
Kalit so’zlar. Metabolik assotsirlangan jigar yog’li kasalligi, gipotireoz, steatoz, jigar fibrozi, insulinorezistentlik.
Abstract. Purpose of the study: to evaluate the association between thyroid function, anthropometric and metabolic parameters with the degree of liver steatosis and fibrosis in patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD).
Materials and methods. There were observed 63 MAFLD patients (58 women, 5 men; 37.97±11.13 years) who divided into hypothyroidism (n=44) and euthyroidism (n=19) groups. Anthropometric measurements, laboratory tests and transient elastography (CAP, liver stiffness) were performed.
Conclusion. Independent predictors of steatosis (CAP) and liver stiffness were BMI and insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), but not thyroid status. TSH, conversely, was an independent predictor of the FIB-4 fibrosis index.
Key words. metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease, hypothyroidism, steatosis, liver fibrosis, insulin resistance.
