Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada tug‘ruqdan keyingi davrda ayollarda chanoq tubi disfunksiyasining klinik va anatomik xususiyatlarini kompleks baholash masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqotda chanoq tubi funksional holatini baholash uchun xalqaro miqyosda qo‘llaniladigan Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20 (PFDI-20) so‘rovnomasi hamda Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q) tizimidan foydalanishning diagnostik ahamiyati tahlil qilingan. PFDI-20 yordamida bemorlarning simptomlari, hayot sifati va shikoyatlarining og‘irlik darajasi aniqlansa, POP-Q tizimi orqali tos a’zolari prolapsining anatomik darajasi obyektiv baholangan. Klinik va instrumental tekshiruv natijalari asosida tug‘ruqdan keyingi davrda chanoq tubi disfunksiyasining erta aniqlanishi, xavf omillarini baholash hamda individual davolash va reabilitatsiya strategiyasini ishlab chiqishda mazkur tizimlarning yuqori diagnostik qiymatga ega ekanligi ko‘rsatildi. Kompleks yondashuv kasallikni o‘z vaqtida tashxislash, asoratlarning oldini olish va ayollarning hayot sifatini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
Kalit so‘zlar: tug‘ruqdan keyingi davr, chanoq tubi disfunksiyasi, PFDI-20, POP-Q, tos a’zolari prolapsi, siydik tutolmaslik, anorektal disfunksiya, klinik baholash, anatomik baholash, hayot sifati,

Abstract. This article presents a comprehensive assessment of the clinical and anatomical characteristics of pelvic floor dysfunction in women during the postpartum period. The diagnostic value of internationally validated assessment tools, including the Pelvic Floor Distress Inventory-20 (PFDI-20) questionnaire and the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q) system, was analyzed for evaluating pelvic floor function. The PFDI-20 questionnaire was used to assess symptom severity, patient complaints, and the impact of pelvic floor disorders on quality of life, whereas the POP-Q system provided an objective anatomical evaluation of the degree of pelvic organ prolapse. Based on the findings of clinical and instrumental examinations, the study demonstrated that the combined use of these assessment methods facilitates the early detection of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction, the identification of risk factors, and the development of individualized treatment and rehabilitation strategies. A comprehensive diagnostic approach contributes to timely diagnosis, prevention of complications, and improvement of women’s quality of life.
