Аннотация
ANNOTATSIYA
Ushbu keltirilgan maqolada nospesifik yarali kolit (NYaK) bilan kasallangan bemorlarning hayot sifatini yaxshilashga qaratilgan noinvaziv diagnostika va davolash dasturlari samaradorligi natijalari haqidagi o‘rganishlar natijalari keltirilgan. Tadqiqot doirasida 90 nafar bemorlar bromxial astma bilan kasallangan bemorlar jalb qilingan bo‘lib: 1-guruhga (n=50) maxsus usulda fekal laktoferrin aniqlanib undan keyin davolash taktikasi tanlangan, 2-guruhiga (n=40) standard diagnostika va davolash usullari tayinlandi. Diagnostika va davolash dasturining klinik samaradorligi SF-36 so‘rovnomasi natijalari asosida baholandi. Tadqiqot natijasidagi olingan ma’lumotlar bronxial astma bilan og‘rigan bemorlarga nisbatan kompleks diagnostikaning yuqori samaradorligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqotning ahamiyati shundaki bemorlarni tashxislashda yangi, samarali yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqish uchun asos yaratadi.

АННОТАЦИЯ
В данной статье представлены результаты исследований эффективности неинвазивных программ диагностики и лечения, направленных на улучшение качества жизни пациентов с неспецифическим язвенным колитом (НЯК). В исследование были включены 90 пациентов с НЯК: в 1-й группе (n=50) был определен фекальный лактоферрин специальным методом с последующим выбором тактики лечения, 2-й группе (n=40) были назначены стандартные методы диагностики и лечения. Клиническая эффективность программы диагностики и лечения оценивалась на основании результатов опросника SF-36. Полученные в результате исследования данные свидетельствуют о высокой эффективности комплексной диагностики у пациентов с НЯК. Значимость исследования заключается в том, что оно создает основу для разработки новых, эффективных подходов к диагностике пациентов.

ANNOTATION
This article presents the results of studies on the effectiveness of non-invasive diagnostic and treatment programs aimed at improving the quality of life of patients with nonspecific ulcerative colitis (NUC). The study involved 90 patients with bronchial asthma: the 1st group (n=50) underwent a special method for detecting fecal lactoferrin, after which treatment tactics were selected, while the 2nd group (n=40) was prescribed standard diagnostic and treatment methods. The clinical effectiveness of the diagnostic and treatment program was assessed based on the results of the SF-36 questionnaire. The data obtained from the study demonstrate the high effectiveness of comprehensive diagnostics for patients with bronchial asthma. The significance of the research lies in the fact that it provides a foundation for developing new, effective approaches to diagnosing patients.
