Аннотация
ANNOTATSIYA
Tadqiqot maqsadi:
Bariatrik jarrohlikdan oldin va keyin bemorlarda ferritin, vitamin B12 hamda temir ko‘rsatkichlaridagi o‘zgarishlarni baholash.
Materiallar va usullar.
2025 yilda Surgeland klinikasida bariatrik jarrohlik o‘tkazilgan 120 nafar bemorda prospektiv klinik tadqiqot o‘tkazildi. Ferritin, vitamin B12 va temir ko‘rsatkichlari operatsiyadan oldin va keyingi davrda aniqlanib, olingan ma’lumotlar statistik usullar yordamida tahlil qilindi.
Xulosa.
Tadqiqot natijalari bariatrik jarrohlikdan keyingi erta davrdayoq ferritin, vitamin B12 va temir darajalarining sezilarli pasayishini ko‘rsatdi. Bu holat mikronutrient tanqisligi rivojlanish xavfi yuqoriligini tasdiqlaydi hamda erta diagnostika va muntazam laborator monitoring zarurligini asoslaydi.

АННОТАЦИЯ
Цель исследования.
Оценить изменения уровней ферритина, витамина B12 и железа у пациентов до и после бариатрической хирургии.
Материалы и методы.
В 2025 году в клинике Surgeland проведено проспективное клиническое исследование 120 пациентов, перенесших бариатрическую операцию. Уровни ферритина, витамина B12 и железа определяли до операции и в послеоперационном периоде с последующим статистическим анализом.
Заключение.
Установлено статистически значимое снижение уровней ферритина, витамина B12 и железа в раннем послеоперационном периоде, что указывает на высокий риск развития микронутриентной недостаточности и обосновывает необходимость ранней диагностики и регулярного лабораторного мониторинга.

ABSTRACT
Purpose of the study: To assess changes in ferritin, vitamin B12, and iron levels before and after bariatric surgery.
Materials and methods: A prospective clinical study was conducted in 120 patients who underwent bariatric surgery at Surgeland Clinic in 2025. Serum ferritin, vitamin B12, and iron levels were measured preoperatively and postoperatively, followed by statistical analysis.
Conclusion:
A significant decrease in ferritin, vitamin B12, and iron levels was observed in the early postoperative period, indicating a high risk of micronutrient deficiency. These findings emphasize the importance of early diagnosis and regular laboratory monitoring after bariatric surgery.
