Аннотация
Аннотация. В статье представлен аналитический обзор современных методов отбеливания зубов, применяемых в эстетической стоматологии. Рассмотрены профессиональные, домашние и комбинированные системы осветления эмали, а также механизмы их действия, эффективность и возможные побочные эффекты. Особое внимание уделено вопросам безопасности, влиянию перекисных соединений на твёрдые ткани зуба и реставрационные материалы. Обобщены результаты клинических исследований, подтверждающих эффективность и обратимость изменений структуры эмали при соблюдении протоколов. Определены перспективные направления развития технологий, направленные на повышение биосовместимости и снижение агрессивности отбеливающих систем.

Abstract. This article provides an analytical review of modern tooth-whitening methods used in aesthetic dentistry. The paper discusses professional, at-home, and combined bleaching techniques, their mechanisms of action, clinical efficacy, and potential side effects. Special attention is given to the safety aspects of peroxide-based systems, their impact on dental hard tissues and restorative materials. The review summarizes current clinical findings demonstrating the effectiveness and reversibility of enamel alterations when appropriate protocols are followed. Future research directions aimed at developing biocompatible and minimally invasive whitening agents are also outlined.
