Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada fibromialgiya tashxisi qo’yilgan bemorlarda uchraydigan psixoemotsional buzilishlar, jumladan depressiya, xavotir holatlari va uyqu sifati bilan bog’liq o’zgarishlar klinik nuqtai nazardan baholandi. Tadqiqotda 20 nafar bemor ishtirok etdi. Psixologik holatni baholash uchun HADS (Depressiya va Xavotir shkalasi), Gamilton depressiya shkalasi va Pittsburgh uyqu sifati indeksi (PSQI) kabi standart klinik vositalardan foydalaniladi. Tadqiqot natijalari bemorlarning aksariyatida ruhiy- emotsional muammolar va uyqu buzilishlar mavjudligini ko’rsatdi. Ushbu psixoemotsional buzilishlar fibromialgiya simptomlarni kuchaytirishi, shuningdek, bemorlarning hayot sifatini pasaytirishi mumkin. Klinik amaliyotda ushbu shkalalardan foydalanish bemorlarni chuqur baholash va individual davolash strategiyasini tanlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Tadqiqot fibromialgiyani kompleks yondashuv asosida baholash zarurligini ta’kidlaydi.

Annotation. This article clinically evaluates the psychoemotional disorders observed in patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia, including depression, anxiety, and changes related to sleep quality. The study involved 20 patients. Standard clinical tools such as the HADS (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale), the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale, and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were used to assess psychological status. The results indicated that the majority of patients experienced mental-emotional disturbances and sleep disorders. These psychoemotional disorders may exacerbate fibromyalgia symptoms and reduce patients’ quality of life. The use of these scales in clinical practice is crucial for comprehensive patient assessment and for selecting personalized treatment strategies. The study emphasizes the necessity of a multidisciplinary approach in the evaluation of fibromyalgia.
