Abstract. In recent years, increasing attention has been focused on the study of genetic factors that may determine individual differences in susceptibility to necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) in newborns. Polymorphic variants of genes involved in the regulation of immune and inflammatory responses may influence signaling pathways and the intensity of pro-inflammatory cytokine production.Previous studies have indicated a potential role of individual genetic variants in determining the risk and severity of NEC; however, the findings remain inconsistent. This highlights the need for further investigation of genetic markers of susceptibility to the disease in different populations. It should be noted that the results of molecular genetic studies of NEC may vary depending on the population and clinical characteristics of the study groups. The findings support the concept that genetic susceptibility to NEC is multifactorial and may be associated with individual components of the inflammatory response.

Annotatsiya. So‘nggi yillarda yangi tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarning NEKga moyilligidagi individual farqlarni aniqlashga qodir bo‘lgan genetik omillarni o‘rganishga qiziqish ortib bormoqda. Immun va yallig‘lanish reaksiyalarini boshqaruvchi genlarning polimorf variantlari signal mexanizmlarining faolligiga va yallig‘lanishga qarshi sitokinlar ishlab chiqarish intensivligiga ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Ilgari o‘tkazilgan tadqiqotlar natijalari NEK rivojlanish xavfi va og‘irligining shakllanishida alohida genetik variantlarning ehtimoliy ishtirokini ko‘rsatadi, biroq olingan ma’lumotlar noaniqligicha qolmoqda. Bu esa turli populyatsiyalarda kasallikka moyillikning genetik markerlarini yanada chuqurroq o‘rganishni taqozo etadi.Shuni hisobga olish kerakki, NEKning molekulyar-genetik tadqiqotlari natijalari tekshirilayotgan guruhlarning populyatsion va klinik xususiyatlariga qarab farq qilishi mumkin. Olingan natijalar NEKga genetik moyillik ko‘p omilli bo‘lib, yallig‘lanish javobining alohida tarkibiy qismlari bilan bog‘liq bo‘lishi mumkinligi haqidagi fikrni qo‘llab-quvvatlaydi.
