Annotatsiya. Maqsad Ushbu tadqiqot VDR genining rs1544410 va rs2228570 polimorfizmlarining allellari va genotiplarining taqsimlanishini o’rganishga, ularning tsiklik sport turlari bilan shug’ullanuvchi O’zbekiston Respublikasi sportchilarida sport holati va o’ziga xos sport ixtisoslashuvi bilan bog’liqligini baholashga qaratilgan edi. Insolyatsiya va mashg’ulot yuklamalarining tabiati (ochiq havoda va yopiq joylarda) VDR genlarining ifodasini o’zgartirishi mumkin.Polimorfizmlardan mustaqil diagnostika markerlari sifatida foydalanish imkoniyatlarini baholash uchun ushbu tadqiqot o’tkazildi. Bizning natijalarimiz sportning populyatsion genetikasini tushunishga muhim hissa qo’shadi.Shuningdek, insolyatsiya va mashg’ulot yuklamalari kabi atrof-muhit omillari va bioimpedans tahlili qo’llanildi.
Kalit so’zlar: VDR genlari, D vitamini, 25(OH)D, D vitamini retseptorlari, VDR, sport tibbiyoti.
Abstract. Objective was to investigate the distribution of alleles and genotypes of the rs1544410 and rs2228570 polymorphisms of the VDR gene to assess their relationship with athletic status and specific sports specialization in athletes engaged in cyclic sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan.Insolation and the nature of training loads (outdoors vs. indoors) can modify the expression of VDR genes. This study was conducted to evaluate the potential of using these polymorphisms as independent diagnostic markers. Our results make an important contribution to understanding the population genetics of sport.
