Аннотация
Annotasiya. Maktab o‘quvchilaring o‘rta sinf o‘quv jarayonlariga o‘tish bolalarning ijtimoiy, jismoniy va ruhiy holati muhitida sezilarli o‘zgarishlarni o‘z ichiga oladi, bu ko‘pincha ovqatlanish holatlarini odatlarining o‘zgarishi bilan birga kechadi. O‘smirlik bosqichidagi maktab o‘quvchilaring o‘tish davrida ovqatlanish odatlarining o‘zgarib borishi haqidagi turlicha ilmiy tadqiqot ishlari bo‘yicha maalumotlar ko‘p. Ushbu maqsadlar asosida turli maktab yoshdagi bolalar uchun ta’lim muassasalarida ta’lim olayotgan bolalar va o‘smirlarning oqishi sog‘lon ovqatlanishi va ta‘lim sharoitlarini ilmiy asoslash va ularni optimallashtirish yo‘llarini o‘rganish maqsadga muvofiqdir.

Аннотация. Переход учащихся в средние классы сопряжен со значительными изменениями в их социальном, физическом и психическом состоянии, что часто сопровождается трансформацией привычек питания. Существует множество научных данных об изменении пищевого поведения школьников в подростковом периоде. Исходя из этого, актуальным является научное обоснование здорового питания и условий обучения детей и подростков в образовательных учреждениях различного типа, а также поиск путей их оптимизации.

Abstract. The transition of schoolchildren to secondary education involves significant changes in their social, physical, and mental environment, which is often accompanied by changes in dietary habits. There is extensive scientific data on the evolving nutritional patterns of students during the adolescent stage. Based on these objectives, it is expedient to scientifically substantiate healthy nutrition and educational conditions for children and adolescents in various educational institutions and to explore ways for their optimization.
