Annotatsiya. Tadqiqot maqsadi – rekonstruktiv jarrohlik amaliyotlarini operatsiyadan oldingi rejalashtirish samaradorligini oshirish maqsadida multispiral kompyuter tomografiyasi ma’lumotlari asosida individual suyak implantlarini avtomatlashtirilgan 3D-modellashtirish uchun dasturiy platforma yaratish.
Materiallar va usullar. Tadqiqot bosh suyagi, yuz skeleti va uzun naysimon suyaklar nuqsonlari mavjud bo‘lgan bemorlarning MSKT ma’lumotlarini tahlil qilishga asoslangan. DICOM formatidagi ma’lumotlarni import qilish, suyak tuzilmalarini segmentatsiya qilish, uch o‘lchamli rekonstruksiya hamda individual implantlarni avtomatlashtirilgan loyihalash imkonini beruvchi dasturiy kompleks ishlab chiqildi. Keyinchalik modellar 3D-printerlarda tayyorlash uchun STL formatiga eksport qilindi. Modellarning aniqligi Dice va Hausdorff metrikalari hamda HU-profillarni tahlil qilish orqali baholandi.
Natijalar. MSKT ma’lumotlari asosida suyak tuzilmalarining aniq 3D-modellarini yaratishga mo‘ljallangan dasturiy platforma ishlab chiqildi va amaliyotga joriy etildi. Yaratilgan individual implantlar yuqori anatomik aniqlikni namoyon etdi, ularning xatoligi 1 mm dan oshmadi. Dasturiy platformadan foydalanish operatsiyadan oldingi modellashtirish vaqtini 35–40% ga, jarrohlik amaliyoti davomiyligini esa 20–30% ga qisqartirish imkonini berdi.
Xulosa. Ishlab chiqilgan dasturiy platforma MSKT ma’lumotlarini qayta ishlash va individual implantlarni loyihalash jarayonlarini standartlashtirish imkonini beradi. Mazkur texnologiya rekonstruktiv operatsiyalar aniqligini oshiradi va shaxsiylashtirilgan jarrohlik amaliyotining imkoniyatlarini kengaytiradi.

Abstract. Objective. To improve the efficiency of preoperative planning in reconstructive surgery through the development of a software platform for automated three-dimensional modeling of patient-specific bone implants based on multislice computed tomography data.
Materials and Methods. The study was based on the analysis of MSCT data obtained from patients with defects of the cranial bones, facial skeleton, and long tubular bones. A software platform was developed to provide DICOM data import, bone structure segmentation, three-dimensional reconstruction, and automated design of patient-specific implants. The resulting models were exported in STL format for 3D printing. Model accuracy was validated using Dice and Hausdorff metrics as well as Hounsfield Unit (HU) profile analysis.
Results. A software platform for automated 3D modeling of bone structures based on MSCT data was developed and implemented. The generated patient-specific implants demonstrated high anatomical accuracy, with a deviation not exceeding 1 mm. Application of the developed platform reduced preoperative modeling time by 35–40% and decreased the duration of surgical procedures by 20–30%.
Conclusion. The developed software platform provides standardized processing of MSCT data and automated design of patient-specific bone implants. The technology improves the accuracy of reconstructive surgery and expands the possibilities of personalized surgical treatment.
