Аннотация
Annotatsiya. Maqolada koxlear implantatsiyadan keyin eshitish-nutq reabilitatsiyasining yoshga bog’liq xususiyatlari, nutq protsessorini individual sozlash va Data Logging ko’rsatkichlarining prognostik ahamiyati tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot INVIVO klinikasida kuzatuv va reabilitatsiya bosqichidan o’tgan 720 bemor ma’lumotlariga asoslangan. Bemorlar yosh guruhlari, lingvistik holat, eshitishdan mahrumlik davomiyligi, etiologiya va reabilitatsiya rejimiga ko’ra baholandi. Natijalar shuni ko’rsatdiki, 3 yoshgacha implantatsiya qilingan bolalarda CAP va SIR ko’rsatkichlari tezroq va muvofiqroq rivojlanadi. 4-5 yoshda implantatsiya qilingan bolalarda eshitish idroki sezilarli yaxshilansa-da, ekspressiv nutq va nutqning tushunarliligi nisbatan sekinroq shakllanadi. Meningitdan keyingi karlik, ichki quloq anomaliyalari, yuqori impedans va yuz nervi stimulyatsiyasi kabi holatlar individual sozlash protokolini talab qiladi. Data Logging kundalik eshitish tajribasi va nutq muhiti yetarliligini baholashda amaliy jihatdan muhim obyektiv mezon hisoblanadi.

Аннотация. В статье проанализированы возрастные особенности слухоречевой реабилитации после кохлеарной имплантации, роль индивидуальной настройки речевого процессора и прогностическое значение показателей Data Logging. Исследование основано на данных 720 пациентов, проходивших наблюдение и реабилитацию в клинике INVIVO. Пациенты оценивались с учётом возраста, лингвального статуса, длительности слуховой депривации, этиологии нарушения слуха и режима реабилитации. Установлено, что у детей, имплантированных до 3 лет, показатели CAP и SIR развиваются быстрее и более синхронно. У детей, имплантированных в 4-5 лет, слуховое восприятие существенно улучшается, однако формирование экспрессивной речи и разборчивости собственной речи происходит медленнее. Постменингитическая глухота, аномалии внутреннего уха, высокие импедансы и стимуляция лицевого нерва требуют индивидуализированной тактики настройки. Data Logging является объективным инструментом оценки ежедневного слухового опыта и речевой среды.

Abstract. This article analyzes age-related characteristics of auditory-verbal rehabilitation after cochlear implantation, the role of individualized speech processor fitting, and the prognostic value of Data Logging parameters. The study is based on clinical follow-up data from 720 patients managed at the INVIVO clinic. Patients were evaluated according to age, linguistic status, duration of auditory deprivation, etiology of hearing loss, and rehabilitation profile. Children implanted before 3 years of age demonstrated faster and more synchronous development of CAP and SIR outcomes. In children implanted at 4-5 years, auditory perception improved considerably, whereas expressive speech and speech intelligibility developed more slowly. Post-meningitic deafness, inner ear malformations, high impedances, and facial nerve stimulation require individualized fitting strategies. Data Logging is an objective clinical tool for assessing daily auditory access and speech exposure.
