Аннотация
Tadqiqot maqsadi: VGB va VGC fonida ayrim sitokinlar darajasining o‘zgarishlarini o‘rganishdan iborat bo‘lib, virusli infeksiyalar va immun javob markerlari o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlikni aniqlash.
Annotatsiya. Ushbu tadqiqot surunkali virusli gepatitli (VGB va VGC) homilador ayollarda immun-yallig‘lanish sitokinlari darajasini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan.
Materiallar va usullar: Homilador ayollar infeksiya turi bo‘yicha guruhlarga ajratildi. 200 ta homilador ayol qon zardobida IL-6, TNF-α va IL-10 darajalari immunoferment tahlil (ELISA) usuli yordamida aniqlandi.
Natijalar. Virusli gepatit mavjud bo‘lgan homilador ayollarda yallig‘lanish sitokinlari darajasi infeksiyalanmagan guruhga nisbatan yuqori ekani aniqlandi. Eng yuqori ko‘rsatkichlar VGB va VGC koinfeksiyasi holatlarida kuzatildi.
Xulosa. Olingan ma’lumotlar virusli gepatitli homilador ayollarda immun-yallig‘lanish jarayonlari faollashishini ko‘rsatadi va antenatal kuzatuvda individual yondashuv zarurligini asoslaydi.
Kalit so‘zlar: Virusli gepatit B (VGB), virusli gepatit C (VGC), interleykin-6 (IL-6), interleykin-10 (IL-10), o‘sma nekrozi omili-α (TNF-α).
Abstract. This study aimed to analyze the levels of immuno-inflammatory cytokines in pregnant women with chronic viral hepatitis B (HBV) and hepatitis C (HCV).
Materials and methods. Pregnant women were stratified into groups according to infection type. Serum levels of IL-6, TNF-α, and IL-10 were measured in 200 pregnant women using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
Results. In pregnant women with viral hepatitis, inflammatory cytokine levels were higher than in the uninfected group. The highest levels were observed in cases of HBV–HCV co-infection.
Conclusion. The findings indicate activation of immuno-inflammatory processes in pregnant women with viral hepatitis and support the need for an individualized approach to antenatal care.
Keywords: Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Tumor Necrosis Factor- α (TNF-α).
