Аннотация
Annotatsiya
Ushbu sharhda 71 ta adabiyot manbalari tahlil qilinib, ulardan 40 tasi ichak mikrobiotasini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Unda ichak mikrobiotasining buzilishi o‘pkadan tashqari azolar tuberculyozi kasalligining patogeneziga ta‘siri, uning og‘irligi va qaytalanish darajasi va tuberculyozga qarshi terapiya haqidagi ma‘lumotlarni berilgan.
Kalit so‘zlar: tuberculyoz, o‘pkadan tashqari a’zolar tuberculyozi kasalligi, suyak—bo‘gimlar tuberkulyozi, ichak mikrobiotasi, disbioz.
Annotation
This review analyzed 71 literature sources, 40 of which were devoted to the study of the gut microbiota. It provides information on the impact of intestinal microbiota disruption on the pathogenesis of extrapulmonary tuberculosis, its severity and relapse rate, and anti-tuberculosis therapy.
Keywords: tuberculosis, extrapulmonary tuberculosis, bone and joint tuberculosis, gut microbiota, dysbiosis.
